The main objective of the project is to activate women by showing them model solutions in the field of preparation for remote work in the period from 01/04/2021 to 30/06/2023. Through support in the form of e-learning training, webinars and the preparation of a tutorial for learning remote work - a practical guide with voiceover by partners from Poland, Cyprus, Romania and Turkey.

Project goal:
The main objective of the project is to activate women by showing them model solutions in the field of preparation for remote work in the period from 01.04.2021-30.06.2023. Through support in the form of e-learning training, webinars and the preparation of a tutorial for learning remote work - a practical guide with voiceover by partners from Poland, Cyprus, Romania and Turkey.
The project is dedicated to women who want to return to the changed Covid-19 pandemic labor market. Activities undertaken as part of the project will be carried out with the participation of experts and practitioners using new multimedia.

International project meetings:
International Project Meeting - Inauguration of the project in Poland
The international project meeting was held in Poland - at the project leader Eduexpert Sp. z o. o. in June 2021. During the meeting, workshops were held on the exchange of experience, information, collected materials and the organizational part devoted to planning further activities in the project, analysis of financial and material progress, monitoring and evaluation of ongoing works.
The next project meeting will be held in September in Turkey. The purpose of the meeting will be to monitor the achieved results, verify and evaluate them.
Project results:
3 e-learning courses are in progress:
computer skills, ability to work with remote work software;
learning specialized programs on the example of accounting and HR programs;
learning English focused on a specialist language as part of specialized computer programs (the most popular phrases in the field of specialist vocabulary of computer programs) consulting their content with project experts (lecturers, expert psychologists), translating the content into the languages of partnerships.
All courses are designed to support women in their daily remote work. Their universal nature will allow them to reach women of different ages, professions or computer skills.
Preparing for the implementation of e-learning courses in each partner country, we organized workshops with women and subject matter experts. During the meetings, model support systems for women returning to the labor market were developed. During the workshops, assumptions/suggestions for multimedia courses were developed. The substantive content of individual training modules was developed in accordance with the diagnosed and detailed training needs.
