Project goal:

The main objective of the Education Program is to reduce economic and social differences within the European Economic Area and to strengthen bilateral relations between Poland and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway in the field of education. The program is to contribute to strengthening the human potential and expanding the knowledge base in Poland.

The above program objectives will be implemented through:

  • professional development of staff working in the field of formal and non-formal education,
  • mobility of students and university staff between Poland and the Donor States,
  • institutional partnerships to improve the quality and adjust the educational offer at all levels of education.

Lead Partner - Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the Radom Land

The Radom Chamber has become almost a contemporary of great economic changes in Poland and capitalism emerging in the newly created democratic state.

In accordance with the adopted mission, the Chamber focused its activities on broadly understood support for business entities, representing their interests and promoting their achievements. Currently, the Chamber is the largest organization of economic self-government in the region of southern Mazovia, associating over 120 companies, among which there are the most important enterprises in the region. The activities of the Chamber are mainly focused on protecting the economic interests of the entrepreneurs associated in it and representing them in relation to the administrative authorities, providing assistance in solving their economic and legal problems and supporting all economic entities from the region.

The Chamber conducts a number of training courses facilitating the adaptation of entrepreneurs to changes in the legal regulations concerning business activity and improving the qualifications of staff, it seeks out partners for economic cooperation, and runs a business intelligence agency. He also deals with publishing and advertising activities. For many years, the Chamber has been organizing meetings of the Council of Entrepreneurs, during which economic issues important for the environment are discussed.

Eduexpert has been implementing educational and training projects since 2010. The company specializes in the production of high-quality digital educational materials. In recent years, the company has produced several hundred film materials, animations and digital content that meets the WCAG 2.0 standard, special content modules for people with mild and medium intellectual disabilities. The company successfully implements projects financed from EU subsidies, Norwegian funds and commissioned by the Ministry of National Education. The company's team consists of substantive specialists, graphic designers, programmers, content editors and a wide range of people cooperating in the creation of modern e-materials used by youth and adults.

Offshore Technical School (SOTS) is a public educational institution in Norway and a leading organization of vocational education and training for industry at the level of technical universities. The training program at the school combines theory and practice with the experience that students have gained in companies as part of dual education. SOTS curricula are interdisciplinary, and their content is reviewed in terms of timeliness of changes taking place in the industry.
